When you place an order with Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge, we ask you to provide us with various types of information. These are used to verify credit card ownership and process your order. We do not sell your information to any third parties. ​

Your Name and Billing Address

This information is collected in order to verify that the person placing the order is the person who owns the credit card. This process is performed by an address verification system that uses the numeric value of your street address and your zip code. These two numbers are entered into the system and verified against the address where your credit card bill is sent. We do not send out marketing materials via postal mail, and you will never receive anything at this address unless it is also your shipping address where you would like to send your order. ​

Your Shipping Address

Your order will arrive at this address. It can be the same as your billing address. ​

Your Email Address

Your email address is used to send order-related emails such as order updates and confirmations, online shipping confirmations, and customer service inquiries. ​

Your Phone Number

We ship via UPS OR USPS which requires a recipient contact number. You may be contacted by phone in case we need to reach you about your order in the event that there is a delay in manufacturing or shipping your order. Additionally, our customers do not always have access to email, and a phone number is used as an alternate method of communication. When it is necessary to contact our customers regarding their orders, we try to provide email correspondence as often as possible. However, on occasion, phone contact is the easiest method. We will not solicit you or call for any reason other than in regard to your order. ​

Your Credit Card Information

We require your credit card number, expiration date, and security code in order to process your transaction. Your card is charged only after the order is shipped. We do not store any of your credit card information in our systems other than the last four digits of your credit card number and the expiration date. We do not keep your credit card numbers or security codes. ​

We Protect Your Privacy

At Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge, we take great care in safeguarding your privacy by offering discrete packaging and billing. When you submit your information to us, it is encrypted and secure, and you will not receive any promotional materials from us if you do not wish to receive them. ​

Deleting Your Information

In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a customer may request at any time to obtain all stored information in our systems pertaining to them specifically. A customer may also request that all stored data pertaining to their name, address, email address, or credit card be deleted in our system. We are happy to oblige these requests. Please email our customer service department for any inquiries concerning this. We do require customers to verify information about previous orders, including items, prices, address information, and last four digits of a credit card before removing data from our systems. ​

Discrete Packaging

We ship all of our packages in nondescript brown cardboard boxes that are sealed with reinforced tape. The return address on the label is listed as Fulfillment Center, and there is no indication of the contents of the package. Your privacy is our utmost concern. Please note all APO orders require Customs Documentation, which list the contents of the packages. This list will be visible on the outside of the boxes. The descriptions of the contents must be accurate to ensure deliverability. While the descriptions we use are generic, they will be visible. ​

Billing

All charges and authorizations on your credit card will appear as "Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge NOVELTIES AND LINGERIE". If you choose to use AmazonPay, charges and authorizations will appear as "AMZ*Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge". ​

Opt-Out

When you make a purchase with Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge, you are required to provide your email address. This allows us to contact you with order updates and confirmations, online shipping confirmations, and customer service inquiries. ​

What is Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge's return and exchange policy?

We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below. For International orders (excluding Canada and Puerto Rico) please refer to the section on this page for International Orders as additional restrictions apply.

DANCE CLASSES

Dance class purchase is non-refundable within the 72-hour booking window. Please call 530-768-1268 to reschedule or cancel BEFORE the 72-hour booking window. You can also reschedule by logging in on the website.

Read Our Policy

1. Items may be returned within 30 days of your order shipment if they have not been opened or used. We do not accept open or used products due to the nature of our products. Unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days and we will cover all shipping and handling (max 1 exchange, contiguous U.S. 48 states only).

2. All returns are subject to a thorough QC inspection to ensure that it is unused and in resalable condition. We CANNOT accept Liquid Products, Lingerie, Sex Toys, or any Personal Pleasure Objects as returns/exchanges due to the nature of the products, with the exception of a defective or incorrect product. Please contact Customer Service at 530-768-1268 | Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, for further questions or information on product warranty, return/exchange eligibility, etc.

3. Defective products can be returned for exchange only. Defects will be verified prior to exchanging for a functional replacement of the defective product. If a product is proved to be completely functional, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.

4. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) are not eligible for return.

6. Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) Lingerie, and Personal Pleasure Objects (anything in the "Sex Toys" category) Are NOT eligible for return.

7. For all orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.

2. Provide the CSR with your name, order number, or e-mail address in order for them to retrieve your order information.

3. Describe the issue you are having with the product.

4. If approved, the CSR will provide you with an RMA number.

Pack it up and send it back

1. Ship your return in the original packaging with all accessories and components. (Unfortunately, we can only issue you a return shipment label on defective products subject to exchange within 7 days of receipt.)

2. Returns use a prepaid service of your choice that issues a tracking number such as UPS or FedEx.

3. Write your RMA on the outside of your package and include at least one of the following: packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Include information about the reason for your return.

5. Include instructions on your preference for exchange or refund.
