NAIL SERVICES REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to satisfy our customers.
No refunds will be given after your service done.
As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
- If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
- No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
- We will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
- If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request a refund, then you have to go through our Customer Complaint Procedure by writing to us, state the reason for your unsatisfied after we re-did your nails, the photo of the evidence of the nails that were fixed by us.
Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.
Gel Polish/Dip Powder/Acrylic: We must be contacted within 72 hours from service in order to evaluate the nail issue(s). If the issue was caused by Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge, we will fix it for free. All repairs must be completed within 48 hours after contacting us. If the issue was not caused by Bliss Nails & Lash Lounge, the fix will incur additional charges.
Manicure and Pedicure Treatments: All of our manicure and pedicure treatment packages include regular nail polish. The gel polish add-on is available for all packages for an additional charge. Nail enhancements or Side Hustles can also be included at an additional charge.
EYELASH EXTENSION REFUND POLICY
If requesting a refund for any reason, you MUST request a refund within 24 hrs of the service provided to possibly receive 50% of the service fee back. If the eyelash technician believes this is the best option, the eyelash technician MUST remove all eyelash extensions. Failure to let the eyelash technician remove all eyelash extensions will disqualify clients from receiving ANY refund.
The eyelash technician is NOT responsible for the finished look selected by the client. This includes length, thickness, and style.
Be sure when choosing a style and length that everyone has different features and eye shapes, with that in mind, what you see on someone else, might not be what it looks like on you.
There is a STRICT no refund policy after 24 hours of service.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOWS If a customer has 3 consecutive cancellations or no-shows, that customer will be accepted as a “walk-in” customer only.
